Uria was a US Realtor in California prior to moving to San Felipe over 23 years ago.
She is one of the founding members of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals for the AMPI San Felipe section and was president in 2013.
Uria is currently an active member on the Justice and Honor committee, an International member of NAR and a member of the State Board of Realtors for Baja California.
She has been certified by the University of Baja California as required by the State Board, CEPIBC, and was one of the originators of a Real Estate course, “How to buy and sell Real Estate in a Tourist Zone in Mexico”.
